J-336383 and J-336367 The new rose quartz 22.50 carat earrings and rose quartz enhancer!

They are beautiful! The pink of the rose quartz is perfect and the earrings match the enhancer in color. I love the cherry prongs on both the earrings and enhancer! The earrings are lightweight and very comfortable. I am so happy with these purchases!

Also, received the LTS Milky Aqua Monaco style ring J-281216! SHUT THE FRONT DOOR! This ring is amazing! It looks JR2! I love this blue color...it reminds me of an over washed pair of jeans that I had in high school! Of course they were my favorite jeans! This is a nice comfy ring!

Grade A+++++ This cuff is the bomb and worth every penny! I love how each MOP piece is puzzled together. There are slight variations of color (due to different sizes??) that make it sparklingly interesting! It is definitely couture-worthy!

J293279 - J-hoop gemstone earrings (this is the number for the blue, which is my favorite).

Color saturation and clarity of gems = excellent

Presence on the ear = excellent, too. Not large earrings, but one that have an elegant presence that is clearly Ripka without being so large that the first thing you notice about a person is their earrings. A great complement to any outfit. May droop on people with problem piercings.

Value = outstanding. These are affordable but not cheap-looking, a great way to add to your Ripka collection without breaking the bank. They're distinctive as Ripka pieces but can easily be mixed and matched with other gemstone pieces in your overall jewelry collection.

I will try in the next couple days to catch up on my review descriptions, both for these and for the Aurora enhancer and Rhodolite/Spinel enhancer. Also, a warning about these Tanzanite cabochon pieces: be prepared to play the exchange game two to three times. I lucked out on the necklace first try but the cuff took three times and I gave up on the earrings after two tries and am still awaiting credit on that return. Super annoying! Take care~Peach

Hi, Peach! Just FYI when buying ANY tanzanite cabochons in jewelry...the reason they're cabs is that they are low-grade, inclusion-filled (cloudy) tanzanite in the first place that were, as rough, unsuitable for polishing and setting as gem-quality tanzanite (after all, they stand to make more money with that).

It's next to impossible to get tanzanite cabs that have no fissures, something the Q conveniently doesn't tell us but absolutely should. You were very fortunate to get decent ones on the necklace and cuff!

JIMMIES BRACELET:

Jimmies (Sprinkles) bracelet - HERE

In some parts of the country you have no idea of what jimmies are; it may truly be a PA/NJ/DE thing. You may refer to my jimmies as sprinkles, or something else. Just think of the multi colored, cylindrical, little candy-type things which are placed on top of ice cream/yogurt. They are colorful, delicate, fun and the ice cream cone we buy just wouldn't be the same without them topping our cold delights.

This is what came into my mind when first wearing this delightful bracelet.

I purchased the 7-1/4 bracelet because even though my wrist is 6" I like soft bracelets to drape. It really drapes onto my hand, but not enough that I'd consider sending it back. However, I might consider taking a link from between the bracelet & lobster claw. It states very clearly that the bracelet measures 7-3/4, which in my enthusiasm I never bothered to read. If you order it, which I highly recommend, please be aware of the measurements.

I was on WL for this bracelet, so the one I received was used, but I paid the price of a new one. This is a constant irritant between me and the Q, and I suspect some of you as well. If I am paying the new price then I expect a NEW bracelet, otherwise give me a discount. And I certainly expect, nay demand, better handling than this beauty received, for it was tossed into a JR box without any protection whatsoever! It is bad enough that this is a square box for a rectangular bracelet, which does not lend itself to safely storing the bracelet. But to have any bracelet, let alone a $700 bracelet, carelessly tossed into a box, without protection, and let to rattle around in there during transport is, to my mind, disrespectful to the customer and Miss Judie. The bracelet arrived dirty, but without major damage.

It is a beauty! The strands of gems feel like fabric against your skin they are so fluid. All the gems are bezel set and have deep, saturated colors. DMQ is scattered among the gems, but it does not overwhelm the gem presence. All the links have Miss Judie's famous texturing as does the bar at either end, which has DMQ across the top of both bars. The gems sparkle on their own as they catch light indoors. But take them outside and you better be prepared with sunglasses to protect your eyes, for the sparkle and shine is that wonderful. I also love that this is a different way of presenting Miss Judie's vision of gems; it is unique in Qture.
