Are the Ripkanistas as happy as I am to see 2012 end? With all the government/financial nonsense (which affects all of us directly), the four-month illness (due to a Bordetella vaccine reaction) and passing of my dear Yorkie, Xi'an, and in July during a scientific research trip with DH to the arctic circle witnessing in person that scientists have way-underestimated the tragic effects of global warming, I am very ready to see a more-positive 2013.

The idea of this thread is review after review after review. Everything Judith Ripka counts, beginning with the JRQ inventory: new designs, older pieces, clearance, TSV, OTO, Insider, Last Clicks and Limited Quantity. Then there's JudithRipka dot com (running a great sale right now), Judith's boutiques and her outlet stores (Sawgrass and Orlando) which are happy to do everything online--just email; also elite department stores in person and online, independent retailers (listed on Judith's site) and online retailers including Bluefly, Gilt, RuLaLa, Sweepstreet and Last Call. Then, with always many choices are Over There (major auction site) and Ripkanista-to-Ripkanista trading.

Also helpful is that if you are reviewing a Q item, please add the J-number. Otherwise, sometimes it is hard to be sure which item you are reviewing. Many of us like to have another window open with that product page up so we can watch the video.

Finally, at this writing, it seems like many of the board icons are not working: specifically the edit feature isn't working, nor is the italic icon, so please keep this in mind when you post. Myself and Kaplan had real problems with this in the December 2012 review thread. Unless Webbie repairs this, be aware that you won't be able to go back and edit a post.
