Questions about USA Gold Buyers

Hello, can anyone me - does USA GB buy scrapes, i.e., bits left of a ring after I took the stones out...it doesn't look very "ring" like anymore...also, is it best to send all the gold I want to sell in one batch? I sent a bunch to the Q's gold place a couple years ago and it never got there...they only insured it for $375 and I sent in a lot of gold pieces after my mother passed away...I think it was worth quite a bit more than that...but they used U.S. Mail, not FEDX...anyway, since I've heard so many good things about USA GB on this blog, I'd like to try them but it would help if you-all who've used them could answer these questions. Thanks!
