*~*~*Question for those that own Ripka Estate enhancer and chain J34517 from 2008*~*~*

I thought how great, I own the original 18 inch Ripka "diamonique by the yard" chain that is quite delicate and received this duo today. I believed the chain was going to be the same on J34517.

Nope {#emotions_dlg.blush}

I wanted to have the option of doubling up the delicate chain by wearing two together and also my "brilliant"{#emotions_dlg.blink} idea was to connect the two 18 inch chains making one 36 inch as I don't own any that long.

So the chains are very different. On this one, J34517, each oval link is nicely textured however it looks quite "silvery white" like the Key to my heart neckchain versus the platinum-like finish that I'm accustom to from Judith. The enhancer is a shimmering eye catcher that sparkles like (fine quality diamonds/diamonique) should.

So I would like to know if you own this duo is yours more silvery than the platinum/rhodium plated look?

I'll clean my original chain that has smaller DQCZ (8) stations, two more than this chain received today & maybe the metal colors will blend...

But I can't connect them to make one long chain if one looks bright silvery white and one looks like platinum and the links are totally different... darn

***Need to also check that Judith's new necklace packaging is a thin outer green Ripka box with an "oversized" Snap front Ripka green pouch?

WOW what a BIG difference from the old version of the necklace boxes... that had the outer green presentation box then inside that was the large necklace keeper box that had snaps to hold the necklace in place...

Seems to me if one is purchasing the more expensive necklaces like the Titanic it should be in the previous type presentation box with snaps to hold it all in place...

Appreciate all responses...
