Question about upcoming TSV Auto-Delivery

I have a question for the experts! If we buy the auto-delivery, can the inserts that come on auto-delivery be worn separately as cuffs in their own right or can they only be worn inside the TSV cuff? I can justify the expense a bit more if there are two ways to wear the cuff, does that make sense? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
