Question about the QVC JR Monaco rings

Do any of you wear the QVC JR Monaco rings as an everyday ring? Or is it more of a special occasion ring?

Does it hold up to everyday wear?

I'm trying to decide whether to buy the rose quartz Monaco ring. I don't want to get it if it will just sit in my jewelry box.
