For the most egregious errors in jewelry listings this year....

During the live presentation, Jane said it was ½ ct tw, but the graphic says it's two and a half points. Which is it?

@Pyrite2616

The numbers are off by 1/4 carat which isnt good. Jane says 1/2 carat according to what you saw I don't watch her so didn't hear that.

Graphics and website say 1/4 carat.

Good for Jane for calling them out on the fingerprints on the jewelry.

I guess we will never know. I have gotten this email twice now.

Am I seeing correct? The diamond weight is twenty five thousandths of a carat?

@Pyrite2616 - I've got a worse one for you regarding the post for J448157, the Jai Silver Heritage Lotus Texture Gem Bead Bracelet. Just wow with the posting of the gems. Howlite and Orange Agate options are mixed up, and so are the Lapis and Onyx options. Who knows what item will arrive if the wording of the gemstone type and the actual image do not agree. Someone at QVC really needs to correct this problem so people can order what they actually want.

@Jersey BornI saw that one. The only option depicted correctly was the malachite. I honestly don't know what you'll get when you try to order that bracelet because ordering is done by number code, and the pictures do not correspond to the number codes. It's been like that since last week. We should check the reviews in a week to see if customers get the right gemstones that they ordered.

Nobody knows anything any more. Like something out of a Stephen King novel. Everything is hap hazard and disorganized. People don't care any more.

Well, at least the onyx and lapis versions were corrected. The howlite and orange agate options are still not correct, however.

Hope they fix this and soon, @SharkE.
