QVC Called Me Re Defective Charm Bracelet Clasp

QVC called me re my postings here regarding the defective clasps on the two charm bracelets I received. The caller asked how the clasps were "not sturdy". I told her it was not a "sturdiness" issue but that the clasps were defective and gave her a detailed explanation which she said she understood. She said she would pass this info on to Quality Control which would work with Ripka to decide if a redesign was needed.

I asked if she was familiar with the postings here re the issues with the $crew mechanism. She said she was not and could only address my issue and that those postings would be read separately.

I told her that this bracelet is important to me as I am a big fan of Ripka jewelry and have a large Trollbeads collection.

I'm impressed with how this is being dealt with and hope the postive actions continue.
