Problem with my chrono watch : (

I purchased mine when it was the TSV in late October and have worn it less than a dozen times because I have many watches to choose from. I took my white chrono out of the JR watch box to put it on this morning and the little JR on the underside of the band literally fell off into my hands. I don't think it was soldered, I think it was simply glued on. Can't recall who it was, but I remember someone else posted that the same thing had happened to theirs. I called CS to explain the situation and the rep was very gracious. She told me that my color is currently in stock, that I could return the defective watch and they would either replace or refund my purchase price. Of course like all of you, I love the watch so I am going to try again. While I have to applaud Q's customer service, I will hold my breath waiting to see if I get someone's return.
