I've never bought anything that has that attached to it.  Sometimes I wonder, I know some reviews say items some of them have received must be second hand. (Not Q's items).  So it makes me wonder. 

Have you ever done that or just thought about it?

Are you talking about as is items?  I'd re read your post as I am not sure what you are asking.

I've not had good luck with "as is" items on the Q.  Assuming that's what you're talking about.  I've also had items I bought as new sent to me and they had obviously been a return.  I think this happens more than we realize.   But as far as buying others returns I am done.
