Though I would never enter those words referring to my favorites designer..I have more CP jewelry items then even I care to mention. This yr I promised myself to cut back (LOL) my last experience w/this company will make that easier. Just the day after I recieved my order I find my new item is marked down so I emailed customer service thinking a good company would adjust my bill since it was just 5 days from the time I had placed my order. WRONG the answer I got was place another order sent mine back what a waste of time.!! Not a very good way of taking care of your good customers...We are not talking a huge amount of money its the principle of the matter. I spent many yrs in customer service if there was one thing I learned bad news travels faster then the good...Shame on this company. As for me I will save alot of money.
