I have already posted 2 messages, in the 1st message I made a mistake so I'll try and do better this time and a little less lengthy.  My daughter had her home broken in and among other things a Ecclissi Sterling silver sleeping beauty watch was taken.  The QVC item # is J294514.  The color of the watch was silver, not gold as I wrote in my original post.  If anyone has this watch I need the numbers that are on the back of the case.  There are 2 sets of numbers.  The detective working the case said the best chance of getting the stolen property back was if we supplied the numbers as this is how pawn shops listed new merchandise that had been pawned.  I would greatly appreciate it if anyone has this watch let me know what these numbers are.  I'm just trying to help my daughter out..  She made a mistake by not handling things right from the beginning and they took over $3000.00 worth of jewelry.  Perhaps if they can locate the ecclissi watch from the numbers they can recover other items.  Thanking anyone in advance that can help.

Why don't you call Customer Service and discuss your idea with them ? Perhaps they can give you the vendor of Ecclissi watches and he might help you.

Good Luck.

Hi @Webe - I own this watch in the silver and I will give you the numbers when I get home from work today (or I may even stop there for lunch).  I can't imagine what it's like knowing that a burgler was in my home while I slept!  So sorry you and your daughter are having to go through this terrible ordeal.  Slightly Frowning Face

We have saved all our receipts and usually that counts for proof of cost. Our insurance policy provides for value NOW not used value. I was robbed years ago and I learned some lessons from that. I am sorry that this happened to your relative.

This sounds like customer service question.

Yes, you would think that, but they just want to sell me another watch and say they can't help, but I really do appreciate your response.

Hi @Webe - No problem!  I'm happy to do it.  It's difficult to see because I still have the plastic cover on the back of the case, but the numbers are 33820 and SR626SW.  I thought having an actual photo of the back may be helpful.  I'm not sure if this info will prove useful in your search, but I do hope your daughter locates her jewels!  Good luck!!
