I was wondering if anyone has ordered a photo charm? What was the photo submission process thru the website like, easy or difficult? How long did they say it would take for the charm to arrive? If your charm has arrived, are you happy with the end product? I'd appreciate any information. I'd love to order one but am unsure now a photo of my pet would look on the large size charm.
