@Annabellethecat66

My daughters are not interested in my jewelry either and I have so much of it.  I've been collecting jewelry since my 30's and my collection has grown considerably since I discovered Shoplc and Jtv. My passion now is AA and AAA tanzanite and colored diamonds.  I prefer color gemstones too and I'm a fanatic when it comes to coordinating my clothes/jewelry/accessories.  My girls like jewelry but they don't like what I like.  My jewelry is just for me, it gives me pleasure and that's all I care about.  However, when I was 30, I didn't like my mother's jewelry either.  Thirty years from now they might have an appreciation for my collection....which might need a house of it's own by then.

@chrystaltree I noticed the same thing about my daughter--her taste in jewelry is strange!  I don't see her too often since she lives in another state, but some of the stuff she wears is, well, I guess trendy is the word.  Guess that cheezy minimalist stuff she has is what the young people wear now.

Yes I saw it in jewelry when I was in Peru in the 90's. It is so lovely!

Australia also has pink Opal that you might enjoy.

Jay King over at HSN has been bringing many pieces of the Autralian, said the Peruvian is "mined out" unless they find more and so is hard to get a hold of.

@perfumera De La Luz : I didn't know that Australia also produce pink opal.  Must be expensive.
