Newberry, Is that new piece our friend found for you in Hawaii?

No it is my first enhancer that I got from Sarah at Kojima in 2008. It is a Kamoka pistachio Tahitian and a freshwater flat piece of nacre. I usualy wear it on my strand of pistachio Tahitians.

The necklace from Hawaii is a half moon piece of shell with a Tahitian that hangs from the middle. Not wild about the pearl so I am going to change it. I just haven't gotten around to doing that yet. I thought I might take it with me when I visit you and Sarah in the spring    you can help me choose a pearl for it.

I am meeting up with Pearl Girl Newberry in Los Angeles to celebrate her up comming birthday.  We are meeting at Pearl Paradise and it should be a pearly day... Will take photos of what we see.

I can't wait to see these deep purple edison pearls they just picked up in person LJ.  They look good enough to eat.    She will read your post, I can't wait to see her again.  We haven't met up since last July at the Pearl guide ruckus in LA.

I'm posting a photo of a new ring design our friend Sheri Jurnecka just created using Mexican, Sea of cortez rainbow lipped pearl mabe` and a small pearl from the same oyster.  The ring is in 18k.  These pearls turn HOT pink when subjected to a black UV light.  Congrats to the owner of this spectacular ring.
