@Sammycat1 I wear a bra that hooks in the front due to shoulder issues. I hold one end and swing the bra behind me, catching the other end with the other hand. Then I join the two sides and hook them in front before slipping my arms through the straps. Done!  Hope this helps and works for you.

Thank you--one with front hooks will be new territory for me but the nurse said this is probably my best bet.

Repair of the PFO when one has Afib is apparently quite risky, and seldom done because it can trigger a potentially fatal rhythm. Three cardiologists have told me the same thing. Bugger.
