Any one pick up the Italian gold earrings with omega backs from the gold sale the other day? I am interested in them they look very comfortable and substantial.

I love Omega backs.  I have a pair of gold tone hoops from Steel By Design and i wear them almost everyday and they are very comfortable.

I like the omegas if they are tight enough to stay on; however, I recently bought a pair of peridot from Paul Deasey and they were not tight enough and one earring kept falling off.  Irritating!

My absolute favorite earrings are the omega back J hoop sterling silver earrings by Carolyn Pollack.  I've actually forgotten I have them on and have slept in them.

I've tried "other" designer and not designer omega back earrings and did not like them at all.  Too much "hardware" showing.  Guess it depends on the style of the earring.
