I used to enjoy gem day on QVC. Sure, they had a few expensive pieces, but today---OMG. Rings for $1000.00 and up, over and over again. I can't afford any of this. What happened to the affordable jewelry pieces--gems in silver, stainless steel, bronze? Maybe the majority of the current audience can afford these pieces. I can not. Smiley Sad

Yeah, but they're fun to look at. I love watching Peyton Kelly.

People never satisfied. Now, they're bringing out some serious bling instead of copper and bronze, Bronze Italia, etc. People , now griping to high end. The public are indeed a fickled lot.

I'm thrilled to see less bronze, copper and resin today! I have no desire or need for over-priced costume jewelry. Besides, I can buy costume locally for less.

I'm happy to see some gold jewelry this time around. There are people who can afford a $6600 ring and that's fine. I can't and that's fine too. I'm just thrilled to see anything besides the junk metals that have been shown the last year or two.

They had a diamond ring for over 9 thousand dollars. They said it was only I clarity and I1 color. That is ridiculous! For that money I expect better than that!!! I have better than that and I didn't pay anywhere near 9K.

{#emotions_dlg.confused1} If its a genuine gem set in 14k, what did you think? Gold prices are way up now. People complain when its set in gold overlay too.
