Hi Ladies---

I need some help---I have an BIN/BO over "There" for my JR multi gemstone blues greens 18" double strand pearl necklace. It states that I ship to the USA only. I received a very good BO from someone in the Ukraine (highly suspicious!). I declined the BO and stated that I only ship to the USA. Buyer came back with second offer at almost full price! Ebay said that to receive protection, I need to insure and provide tracking number. Buyer has 100% feedback score of 58 buying from USA sellers (select few). I have heard of nightmare stories shipping to international buyers in certain locales-Russia, Eastern Europe and Middle East particularly.

Would any of you accept the second offer and what would you do to protect yourself if you did?? This will probably get poofed, but need some advice.
