O/T: Help needed from sellers over there...

I put 5 pieces of jewelry over there and 4 sold. Three buyers paid within an hour (as I always do when I buy) but one has not paid yet. I clearly posted in the description that payment is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction via Paypal. The auction ended at 7:26 PM yesterday and I did send the buyer an message reminding her that payment is due within 24 hours and that I was planning on shipping it tomorrow pending her payment. What should I do? Open a non-payment complaint, realist the item, give her more time? If so, how much more? Thanks ladies-- your help is much appreciated!
