Not allowed to leave a review...HSN

I went to leave a review on a jewelry product from HSN and because I bought it less then 5 days, they would not allow me to leave my review. Something about, "I hadn't enough time to form a good opinion"????? Are you kidding me? I think I know when I like something or not and don't need someone to tell me how long it will take.
