Has anyone ordered a drop ship item from Relios via QVC, had it supposedly ship and then not see tracking info for days?
I ordered the Shades of Blue necklace. QVC's system says that it shipped on the 24th but there is no tracking info yet and UPS says the tracking number is not good. Called CS and they said they could not do anything about this order until 2/6!!!!
Should I be worried that my order is lost? Has anyone else had this happen to their order? How did it turn out?
