It's beyond me why people think EternaGold is not real gold. QVC could not sell it as 14K if it was not. It just has a different alloy content that supposedly made it harder. I didn't buy much of it but I did sell some that I had bought on ebay to US Gold Buyers and had no problem whatsoever.

 

I have two Eterna bangles that are 6 grams each (not really heavy but then I don't want a cement circle hanging on my wrist) and they have held up well over a period of 20-25 years. One I bought on QVC for I think $160 and the other in the exact same etched pattern from ebay for $65 - I like having 2 matching bangles.
