Now to returns. Refunds still in processing since around Nov. 12th! I can't find evidence of them on my bank records, either, and have one return marked processed that I can't find record of. Maybe it's because I requested q credits, but is this an excessive wait? I don't do many returns, but I does seem excessive to me.
The q was very generous in making amends for my shipping losses over the holiday.
I did get my JR hobo bag from wait list....an obvious, poorly packaged return with no protective packaging, no cloth dust bag, and someone else's chap stick tube still inside. It was literally thrown in a cardboard box unchecked and unprotected. I don't mind so much it was a return, but I do mind the lack of respect for the merchandise and customer that seems to be the new norm from shipping.
