Nice Customer Service/Thank You

On Saturday someone here posted about a sale at Ross-Simons and I went over to the website and found a lovely cz pendant for $62.25 down from $83. I long wanted a simple circle pendant (dithered a bit between it and J152981 but I like the way RS set the czs better even if it was a bit more). I ordered it. Today I saw it was on clearance for $52!! I recall some posters here in similar circumstances were able to get the lower price and so I called RS and yes they took off $10.25 so I'm gettting my pendant for a lower price than the one here.
