Re: New ""X"" ring from Carolyn Pollack

Ring sizing is hard to make an across the board judgement upon as the sizes don't increase in identical increments.

When the reviews say 'this ring runs big' etc, you really need to know what size people are talking about.

Some sizes are closer in diameter than others and this can affect the perceived sizing.

I had to send this back as well. I have large fingers and cant get an index finger ring from CPJ, but even the 10 was sliding but couldnt get it over my thumb. It's a great ring, I just need to play with sizes if the SB opportunity arises.

It is a beautiful ring. I do find Carolyn rings run big. I've tried around 8 of them by now, in different styles, and all of them run bigger than any other rings.

X ring is fun, I needed it half size smaller than I normally wear, and it worked great.

The ring was advance order from her last show to be shipped out in Dec.
