It's a doublet so no - it won't look like a traditional turquoise stone - from what people are saying more like a seafoam green color- I wouldn't wear it with anything Southwestern if it were me - that being said - it goes great with her classics line -

I agree completely! Stones that are doublets have a completely different look from straight opaque stones, and while I think the MOP choice would go with just about anything and is very pretty, all the choices are a "dressier" look and do not work for me and the SW/N.A. collection I have.Smile

This cuff got my attention. But I'm really confused about the turquoise option. The photos look like a seafoam quartz. The turquoise I own is a blue or green opaque stone. Not cloudy. So does this look like other turquoise you currently own? Would you wear them together?

I've been on a lapis kick and I don't own a bracelet so that is the one I'm leaning towards. But I sure do like mother of pearl!

It definitely doesn't match any turquoise that I own. It comes closer to matching the CP Utah variscite pieces that I have, but still not an exact match.

The lapis is gorgeous ... I don't know that it isn't my favorite of the two, which surprises me. Am seriously considering getting the MOP one, too, and I'm not ever one to buy more than one of something.

I am wearing my turquoise CP TSV cuff with CP's J268021 Tango solid sterling band ring. They look great together and makes the stones on the bracelet ""pop"" because they are not competing with a stone ring on my finger.

Just thought I'd pass this along to all you Carolyn fans.

ShoptheQ - nice suggestion on that ring. That ring would look great with the cuff!!!

Chicago Heather - Have you worn them both at the same time, stacked? or is that too much!

Re: New TSV cuff ... words fail ...

It would go great with anything in the Rodeo collection - lots of solid silver there - the mop will go with everything - the other two will go with lots of pieces in the classic collection - just not in the AW collection - at least not for me IMHO

Love all the suggestions - thanks for sharing - that's what we love on this board

you won 't find much ""tweaking and bopping"" - but we have our own - more mature brand of fun!! WE like to sit on lthe front porch and communicate that way!! LOL

Cooking lady - I'm with you ""sitting on the front porch"" is so much fun. All the ""tweaking and bopping"" on all the JR threads has me

I don't think it is too much at all ... the colors are nice together even though it isn't true turquoise color because of the doublet. I think any combo of the three together would be gorgeous. I'm still restraining myself from getting the MOP, too.

Re: New TSV cuff ... words fail ...

It's here it's here!!! OMG it's a beauty! I ordered the Lapis one. And yes, as the title of this thread goes.......words do fail! I ordered the large to fit on my wrist with a larger MK watch and a Pandora bracelet I'm doing in blue. I'm surprised and pleased to say the blues from each bracelet are a perfect match. I couldn't be happier. I'm glad I went with the large since I'm layering it. Would usually do an average but I'm really into layering many many bracelets, so knew the large would be a better choice. It's just loose enough to slide up and down a little, which I love, but not so loose that it flips over. The workmanship is amazing. The silver is stunning and highlights the lapis so well. I'm seriously considering the mother of pearl also. What a nice bright spot in my day as we prepare for up to 10 inches of snow and ice later today. And a great birthday present to me! :-). And tomorrow, if the weather permits, will be receiving my new Brahmin bag that my DH ordered for me, for my BD also! Everyone be safe in this weather!!

Yea! So glad you love it, too!! I love the lapis ... the next deluge of snow, not so much.
