New DMQ Heart Enhancer

Was the new white DMQ heart on waitlist from the get-go or did everybody press that send button before I did? I just went on waitlist for this little cupcake of a heart, which is fine because it gives me a chance to see the presentation before breaking my "no spending vow," but was it always a waitlist item?
