I have had them added to my diamond because it turns on my finger and falls over to the side or ends up with the diamond under my finger. They work great at keeping the diamond in place on your hand. FYI-these are bit larger than you might want or ned, but I don't feel them at all.
These work SO well and doesn't harm the ring.
