Need opinion on RLM ring.

I am totally in love with this ring. (J45735) It's a lot of money for me to spend on one item. I just think it's so beautiful. I don't own any RLM pieces yet. I'm worried that it will get scratches or not look as nice over time. It would be an everyday ring for me so I want to make sure it would stay nice. Can someone help push me over the edge or talk me down?

I also really like this Judith Ripka ring. (j153910). They are both totally different but I love them both so if anyone has any opinions I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
