Need Ring With Red stone in Gold Tone.....

I just purchased a Jackie Kennedy Wedding bracelet J156598 and need a ring to compliment the bracelet. Maybe a stimulated ruby ring or something with a red stone. Any ideas? The bracelet has no matching ring. TIA...
