Need Help Dear JR 's fans- Getting Close and need to make a DECISION

My DD is getting married mid July and I do not have any real diamonds. My dress is verysimple with no embellishments. Can anyone tell me how many grams her DMQ SS cuff weighs that is on line now? Was there an earlier version? Also I need help with sizing. I usually order a 7 1/2 bracelet for drape but since this is a bangle my wrist are about 6 1/4 and a few mm more on my dominate hand. S/M ?

Any help is appreciated.
