Neat Idea: 3-in-1 Pin/Pendant with Removable Earrings

I love versatile jewelry and peeking over at HSN (why do both networks chose today to go jewelry crazy?), I saw this 3-in-1 Pin/Pendant with Removable Earrings item #123-364. I'm not exactly crazy about the colors but I love the idea.

The first time I saw Joan Rivers jewelry was years ago when she was selling it by catalog (pre-QVC) and I still recall a pavé brooch in the shape of a twig with two flowers on it that were removable earrings. It was a little too expensive and, as I'd rarely have the opportunity to wear it, I passed but it was highly memorable and I wish more designers would think about such pieces.
