Nancy PLEASE!

Nancy interrupted caller so much,caller could not ask what she wanted to know. She changed her sentence at least 10 times in ! presentation. The woman can NOT speak! She can go for a few min.,them BAM! she looses focus. PLEASE!!!! do something with her!
