I wrote a month ago about a Greek Key ring I had bought at Goldfingers Gold Shop in Tarpon Springs, FL, about 10-15 years ago. I had recently discovered a 925 marking in it. I had paid a 14K price. But my gut told me it was 14K, the way it was constructed to save metal in the design part of the ring, and the fact it has worn very well. I finally got this to my jewelery store and it tests 14K. I asked my jeweler about the bad marking and she said they obviously mismarked it when it was cast.
