I am wondering if any of the money received on these pieces is donated to charities?
The prices on these pieces seem over and above for items that are silvertone, goldtone, cotton braids and artificial pearls. I think it is wonderful that they are a reminder of our faith in times of need but...certainly not priced so everyone can enjoy these as the seller stated. It bothers me that the prices of these very simple objects is so high as the pieces use no precious metals or pearls.

OK, they deleted my link. You can always google mysaintmy hero to read more. Here is what they are about:
My Saint My Hero is more than a jewelry company; it is a vehicle to realize our shared mission that everyone on earth was put here to make the world a better place. We work to fulfill this mission by prayer, preserving church traditions, and by sharing the stories of the saints.
Co-founders Amy D’Ambra and Christine Rich share the story of the company’s humble beginnings: “Allow us to be the heroes of today. We are all called to be Saints, share our stories as inspiration to others.” This was the inspiration Amy received in prayer while traveling in Italy in 2006. It was the inspiration that changed her life and the lives of those around her. She embarked on the journey to share the stories of the saints by creating a line of jewelry featuring many saints and their virtues. When she came to a crossroads in 2008, Amy was again inspired through prayer to call an acquaintance for help with the company. Unbeknownst to Amy, Christine had been praying for a way to find a greater purpose in her life and she answered the call, “I’m all in!”
The My Saint My Hero family extends from the owners, the entire office team, family, friends, to all those who purchase our products. God has truly opened doors for this company, and has allowed amazing moments of inspiration to guide our days. Together in Mission, we share My Saint My Hero’s wearable blessings with you in order to bring Faith, Hope, and Purpose into your life. May you receive support from all of His saints and angels.

My apologies. Didn't realize the link was a no-no seeing the brand is being offered here.

I also do not understand why the link was removed. The moderator said it contained an active link but I thought we could post links just not to other shopping sites or spam. This was an informative article about a brand being sold at QVC.

Yeah, that makes no sense at all. I would think an information link about merch offered would be very welcome. I also don't understand not allowing links to info in general. I can completely understand removing links to competitors or links bashing an offered product. Seems like there is not a thought process just link=bad=must be removed.

@LuvSDshop~I don't believe so her at the other network in Fla., they had some nice commemorative items for Pope Francis' visit; and they announced (each vendor) that portions of their sales will go to charities. They mentioned them, but for fear of big brother I won't here.

I watched that show a few days ago with the vendor and Shawn and it was a real turn off to me. I thought the vendor was over the top with her religious speak, even Shawn reigned her in some. I like the idea of the bracelets, but wouldn't buy because of the way it's being presented and the dubiousness of who's profiting.

I was glad to see this thread because two days ago I posted a question under the faux pearl and medal bracelet. I even stated that I thought the presenter was a lovely person but I would like to know more about where the money goes. While I certainly don 't mind that the presenter profits, I wanted to hear that profits also go to charitable organizations even to the people of Medjugorje. My question was there less than a day and then QVC deleted my question. Why? I did not feel it all an inappropriate question.

I wish they would stop saying you're buying a blessing when you buy the jewelry.
