You are right, it does! I have 7 ctw heart shape Sonia B rhodolite that I bought 10 years ago.... My treasure..
@SANNA I wish you'd post a picture of it sometime. I don't know where I was when they were selling 7ct rhodolites. It was probably during my "watch phase" when I was buying Tag Heurs and Michele watches and never looked at anything else.

I will post a pic in a few . Those were the days.....Sonia and some other people had superb jewelry and I started to buy after 9/11 attack as a self therapy. Seriously. I had never even watched prior. Guess it was my way of self healing. But it damaged my bank account.lol

Wow, @SANNA, that ring is a beauty. Very unusual setting too. It almost looks like lips holding a heart. Beautiful color in the stone too. I bet it nearly broke Sonia's heart when she had to start making sterling junk. She's a real artiste.

Thank you very much Kachina!!!! Yes, is is the look of lips that made of deep ( almost rubies) sapphires and teeth are small diamonds. All set in white gold.
Sonis is an amazing artist and a wonderful woman, very caring and warm.
When our economy crashed in 2007-2008 she couldn't continue her gold line, but she always had it on line and simply by order. She still makes pieces if you need something.
I had a chance to visit her company in the city ( it is just pain in the neck to park in midtown Manhattan) when I needed to service my pieces. She actually encourages customers to do it once in a while for free. Her CS is the best. And so is Samuel B and LeVian.
You know, I did purchased a lot of Sonia's silver pieces when gold became cost prohibitive. And those that I have kept are incredible, cannot tell them from real. I travel with them, work, mix with real. For my daughters wedding I am planning to wear her silver earrings because I will never be able to afford the real ones anymore.
I wear my this rhodolite ring not too often and careful because of the central stone, it is irreplaceable .
