Has anybody of MV fans ever dealt with his CS? In June, while on my vocation,I lost a small coral rose from my bracelet.I took a pic of it and sent it together with email to his beloved Jennifer. After that event 5 weeks passed during which I spoke with her a few times, and every time it was like a first time!!!! She has no idea, 3 weeks ago she promised to take care of it( sending me a little rose, I will glue back myself,since I do not trust them). Silence again....She is very sweet and giggly, but soooo slow. Is that a Canadien thing? Not sure. And this is my second experience with his CS. Sonia B is so different, her Teresa is so quick and sharp. And cost you nothing. For M V services you have to pay.

I bought 2 rings and a pair of earrings from MV. The sleeping beauty ring which is his special silver with gold embraced accents is beautiful and I didn't have a problem with it. The tanzanite ring I bought from him, not so much. The silver on that ring after a few wearings looked dull and cannot be buffed to make it look shiney again. To make a long story short, I got no satisfaction. I will never buy anything from him again, that ring was hundreds of dollars.

I dont know bout Michael V, but I did not find Sonia's Teresa to be very helpful, and the two different issues I ever called her about, she was very quick to tell me how much it would cost me, I was not pleased at all.

I have a MV charm necklace with the twist off end caps like the snake bracelet has. I dropped one of them as they're very easy to lose... hard to hold onto. Can't use the rather expensive necklace without it. I bet I've called Jennifer 3 to 4 times and all she says is they don't have any. No help whatsoever. I bet many people lose those things.

I am very surprised because I am Sonia's customer for 17 years, never ever paid a penny for replacing a small diamonds, sizing, changing of vermeil color or shipping. Only once when I list my diamond earring she made a new one for me- of course I paid.
Everything else - never.

I lost a butterfly backing from his earring and after 2-3 calls to Jennifer they mailed it to me for $15.

You are right, Kachina, I work a lot lately, so when I am home she is long gone. They in Canada do not work our hours!!!!!

I worked with his CS a couple of times and they were great! I never had any problems getting through or with their help.
