After your contract expires, for a certain period of time you cannot be in the employ of the same company either. That's why a host or vendor usually winds up on another shopping channel.

Now is this so hard to understand ????

I agree! Michel did a wonderful job and QVC will regret letting him go. QVC has allowed their quality in all departments to plummet. I used to do 95% of my shopping with them. NEVER thought I would shop with HSN. Now I do 95% off my shopping with HSN.

Boe... me too. Used to do most of my shopping and gift giving from QVC when you could rely on their quality and unique items. Sadly, that is no longer true.

I think Michael will do well wherever he is, and wish him the best.

Why are you assuming QVC ""let him go."" Contracts expire. Vendors have to move on.
