This jewelry has not aired yet tonight on Shawn's show, but I went ahead and ordered the gold tone cuff and the gold tone round disc necklace. These will be gifts for my daughter and son's girlfriend. What do you all think of them? I have always admired Maya Angelou.

The pieces look nice. Would have been nice if they were stainless steel of silver. I do like what the pieces are saying. She was very wise.

You can find better prices at Lord & Taylor, Nordstroms free s&H and probably better more expensive looking designs.

Did Maya Angelou design these pieces or are they reproductions based on pieces she owned? TIA.

That is a good question. Never heard of Ms Angelou designing jewelry and if she had it would have been good quality.

Neither. Some jewelry company called Dogeared decided to put Maya's quotes on jewelry.

I think they are lovely gifts. I love Dogeared products. The prices are always the same no matter where you find the items so unless you have a coupon that would apply, you'd probably pay pretty much the same. Good job!
