MARCH TSV?

Today in the mail I received the monthly guide I receive every month, it's kind of large but anyway when I got to the week of March 19th, over on the left side of the page is clearly a JR wide cuff that I think could be the TSV. The are 3 vertical stations, one in the center with sapphires & diamonds (?) on each side. The other 2 stations are on each end before the curve which are all clear stones. It kind of looks like maybe there are a few round sapphires in one section. It's a BEAUTIFUL cuff but if these stones are all diamonds I fear for the price. If anyone else gets this guide, what do you think?
