I really do like Louis's jewelry line, but I have been encountering problems.   The jewelry arrives in plastic zip loc bag and the velvet bag also.  Well I open these bags and the bags are greasy, cloudy.  The jewelry has a film on it also and looks like of dull.  I have been waiting quite along time for J352559 Necklace & earrings POMPEI  STATION.  The earrings are bent.  This whole set is just thrown together bagged, velvet bag, box.  I have bought other pieces too where the gold finish has worn off.  Just not enough care goes into his jewelry.

It sounds like you are getting returns, especially the piece where the gold was worn off.  Send it back and ask for a shipping credit.

That definitely sounds like a returned item.  My Linea jewelry has always been beautifully packaged and has arrived in "new" condition.  Return it as defective, get your shipping refunded.

I have collected Linea Jewelry by Louis Dell’Olio for several years - and have always received it in impeccable condition.  My older pieces look like new even after years of wear.

One of my favourite Necklaces from 2013....I have it in all 3 colours....
