Looking for suggestions from the Ripka collectors out there!

I purchased my first piece of Judith Ripka's jewelry....the 18" sterling TSV. I just received it today and I LOVE it! I'm afraid that this may be the start of something DANGEROUS!! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

My question is....do you ladies have any suggestions of what enhancer(s) would look good on this chain? Some appear too large for it; some too small. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I value your expert opinions!
