I think everything goes on sake eventually. Sometimes you get lucky and get something on sale. Sometimes you love it and pay more to get it first.

I am pretty much done buying jewelry at QVC....too much mystery metal now and it is very misleading to call something a limited edition or lowest price ever and then offer it later at a lower price. I guess at my age I am just not interested in the game playing.

Just to be fair, it's the OTO's that they say will never be at a lower price. They don't say that for TSV's. And if a TSV doesn't sell out, it does still get offered.

i have never heard them say that the TSV is the lowest price it will ever be. most things on this site get marked down for various reasons. sometimes it takes a while. if i want it, i buy it then.....if i can wait to see if it gets marked down, then i do that. most of the jewelry pieces get marked down eventually to clear out inventory......one time onlys, limited quantities, as is pieces, lunchtime specials, clearance, just reduced, and last clicks.....and some get sold in pallets to re-sellers.......some go to the outlets to be sold at greatly discounted prices.

Just because they had some more to sell doesn't mean it isn't a Limited Edition. They had some left - they want to clear out inventory. I don't see anything shady about it! Now, if they said they had another batch of them made, then I could see being angry. We've all bought things we adore, not wanting to take a chance on not being able to get them. Sometimes these items go on sale later. It's not any different than the B&M stores.

Yes, I agree! I've also noticed another trend lately...those items offered at "the last day at the featured price", will often appear on clearance shortly thereafter. Not only in jewelry, but in all categories. Keep this in mind....also the Lunchtime Special pricing is probably the best they offer on the Q...in my experience, I've never seen lower on the items they are offering. Just little tips to navigate this retail pricing maze lol!!!
