It's very similar to Dianna's engagement ring. Either in pink or blue...Beautiful.

Agree with @stevieb,  it looks like a cocktail ring.  Maybe in other countries different traditions apply where engagement rings are concerned.  Nevertheless, that ring is DA BOMB!  Unique and beautiful.

I think it's fabulous!  Doesn't it sort of look like the Jackie Kennedy ring QVC once sold?  It was pink and was supposed to have been the Christmas gift JFK never got to give her.
