You can go into your account and track the purchase- and reprint all the paperwork. That way you'll have records of the purchase. I'd suggest calling corporate about this !

The OP has not returned.

The story does not make sense.

They advertise that Diamonique has a lifetime guarantee.

True, however the OP said she does not have the ring. I am very confused.

So when you sent the rings back to QVC, wouldn't the insurance you took out when shipping have all of the information listed on it, e.g., one gold band, one solitaire, value $$$? Why did you send back the band? I can see why they are confused - I sure am.

at first I thought that maybe the band had been soldiered to the ring, but no, since they sent the band back. (repaired?) why was the band sent? confusing story.

This is why one should insure items that are expensive when sending them through the mail.

It seems the return department is sloppy these days. They did not read my paperwork when I combined some items once. For you, maybe they thought there was only one item on the box. The ring was thrown away. The return instructions say to insure the return. I don't but I also realize I'm taking a risk.

You bothered a lawyer with this?
