LARGE PIA CUFF

I know someone has seen this but I was looking up the new Pia cross enhancer (I want it so badly) & noticed there was a large pia cuff. I went to it (J 269685) & it's a larger version of the TSV for $759.00. It's pretty but I think I like the TSV better (well ok if someone gave me one I'd force myself to wear it). Has anyone else seen it?
