Kudos to HSN CS

I ordered a $200+ Jay King butterfly necklace on 2/18 which still has not arrived. To be fair it was delayed a day due to the blizzard in Amarillo. Just when I think it's getting close and will be delivered, there is a note on UPS tracking that it will be delivered by USPS in 2-3 days. What??? I went ballistic. When did HSN start THAT? I fired off a complaint email to their CS and they agree that shipping taking that long is unacceptable and credited my account with $25.
