You buying any of American West items. When they mentioned Santa Fe market bought back memories.

I spent a fortune there when 'we' would go on vacation.

@SharkE    No, I'll go shopping in my jewelry box.  I've got pieces I've never even worn and they're so much nicer than what she's turning out now.  That bumblebee was sure cute though.

Are you buying?

@Kachina624

I actually returned the blue and brown coil bracelets.

As you said, the quality just wasn't there, they seemed too 'flimsy'.

I was disappointed 'cause they sure were cute!

@SharkE @Kachina624 I was surprised when Teri Conn said that there were many new items in the show.

Wasn't Carolyn Pollack retiring?  I've seen some posts with notices of her discounting her jewelry too.

@rockygems123    They retired from manufacturing and she's very guiet about where it's made now.  However, she's remaining as the spokesperson for the brand.

They say it's designed in Albuquerque .

@Kachina624  Ah!!  I was wondering when that was going to happen.  As you say newer pieces aren't near the quality as years past and possibly may go even further downhill.

And then the post about Judith Ripka now on JTV?  Thought she retired and a family member - daugher or DIL? - took over on QVC.

@rockygems123   I haven't seen any Ripka on QVC for several years.  It's all JAI.  No wonder they went elsewhere.  Ripka was sold to someone when she retired.  Maybe the same company that own Isaac?
