Judith's Pearl-Like Necklace?

Has anyone noticed the pearl-like necklace Judith was wearing in both the 2010 and 2011 Ripkanista pictures in Kaplan's Fotki album? I also noticed she wore them in her 25 to be seen QVC video clip. The necklace looks like some sort of free form pearl-type and she wears it both long and doubled. It looks quite interesting and I just wondered if anyone knew anything about it.
